Jones Musyoki Kimeu
CPA Kimeu is a Financial Consultant specializing mainly in Strategy, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Monitoring & Evaluation with over Sixteen (16) years’ of relevant experience.   He has a wealth of experience gained while working for a number of organizations among them: The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) as the Director/Risk Management & Internal Audit; Moore Stephens International (Zain); The Standard Group Ltd; PKF and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, Mr. Kimeu holds various academic and professional qualifications including; a Master in Business Administration (MBA for Executives) - Strathmore University, Nairobi, Kenya; a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting (B.Com/Honours) from the University of Nairobi, Kenya; Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK); Member of ISACA: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of Kenya. His core areas of experience include: Strategy, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Control systems assurance. He has been involved in both External & Internal Audit (assurance) in various sectors (Public Sector, Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing, Agricultural, NGOs’, ICT, Media and Telecommunications etc) as well as Project Audits including, due diligence, Monitoring & Evaluations and impact Assessment. He has also gained Country experiences in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia and Kuwait. CPA Kimeu is a Trained Trainer; Associate Consultant and regular facilitator for the Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG), Institute for Certified Public Accountants, Rwanda (iCPAR), KCA University Centre for Capacity Building (ICAD), IIA, ICPAK, Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) among others. He has also been engaged in the preparation of client reports, presentations and has presented assignment findings before clients. Kimeu also leveraged good client relations and has continuously responded to client feedback on assignments. He is currently the Managing Director (Gamax Consulting ltd) in-charge of Strategy and Business Development as well as Consulting Services.

Madren is a skilled business professional with a wealth of management experience gained over fifteen (15) years in Board/Company Secretarial, Legal and HR practice. This experience has been gained from working in both the public and private sectors across the finance, hospitality and beverage manufacturing industries. She has a demonstrated track record in deriving value for organizations as a management executive and through various Board memberships. Her work experience includes ten (10) years with East African Breweries Limited (EABL) where she served in various capacities such as the Group Company Secretary, Talent Delivery Manager and as the Human Resources Business Partner for EABL Group, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. Prior to that, Madren worked with Serena Hotels (TPSEA) as the Regional Company Secretary for five (5) years covering Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. Madren is currently engaged as a consultant specializing in the fields of Corporate Governance and Human Resource management. She is also a certified trainer by the Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance having attended their inaugural Corporate Governance and Company Directors course in Kenya in 2001. Madren holds a Master of Law Degree (LL.M) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an ACCA Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance and an AoEC Certificate in Executive Coaching. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary and a member of the Institute of Directors (Kenya). She is also an alumni member of the Strathmore Business School & IESE Business School, Spain.

Prof. Oruoch was the Vice Chancellor for KCA University and the Rector Kigali Institute of Management (KIM) and has considerable expertise in the fields of Corporate Governance development and training, marketing, management consultancy, leadership and entrepreneurial development. He has helped develop systems, structures for public private and non-governmental organizations. He has built capacity for a wide variety of clientele including Senior Government officers, Non-Government Organisations and private sector management staff in Kenya, Southern Sudan, Gabon, Rwanda, Ghana and other African Countries. He has also carried out a significant number of organizational, operational and evaluation reviews as a consultant. He is a Certified Commonwealth Corporate Governance Trainer by Centre for Corporate Governance – Kenya and an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya [ICPAK] and a Member of the Institute of Directors (Kenya).He has developed Business Strategy and Governance structures for various organizations in Kenya and Africa .Some of these organizations include: Kenyatta National Hospital, Centro Foods, Mediplan, Rwandan Government, FARA-Ghana, Ministry of Education, the Government of Southern Sudan, Kigali Institute of Management, Brookside. Through the Centre for Corporate help in Crafting and developing the Boards of Kenya Tea Development Agency(KTDA),Edgerton University, KIE amongst others. 25th to 26th April, 2013, through the Institute of Directors (IOD) Kenya ,inducted and helped craft the Boards of Consolidated Bank, Kenya Oil Corporation and CCK.
Zachary Omukala

Zack is a hands on Financial and Management consultant who has accomplished several delicate management consultancy Assignments in the East African region. He has certification as a lead training manager for the Institute of Directors IOD (K) and the Institute of Management (KIM).      Zack has demonstrated experience in leadership and Management gained in his previous work which include: Managing Director for BCDI (now Ecobank Rwanda); CEO for Kenya Times and Chief Operating Officer for Metropol Corporation LTD (EA.)
RICHARD GITONGA
RICHARD GITONGA
Richard is an ICT entrepreneur specializing in web-based education and security solutions. He is currently the IOD Chair of the Finance and Admin Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee. He is also a Board Member of the China Africa Friendship Association – Kenya Chapter, and a former Acting Chairman and Board Member of the Coffee Board of Kenya. Richard has extensive experience in corporate strategy and marketing having worked for blue-chip companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered Bank and Telkom Orange in leading roles in Kenya, Africa, the Middle East and Singapore.
He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi and an MBA from USIU-A. He holds a Business Leadership Skills qualification from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. He has also qualified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
