Along with serving on the board of the Institute of Directors (Kenya), I currently serve as the Chairman of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB) and on the board of the Nairobi Securities Exchange. Additionally, I hold an executive board role at Standard Investment Bank (SIB) and serve on the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation's Business Conduct Committee of the Board.

With extensive experience in government engagement and policy advocacy, I have represented the capital markets industry in high-level forums, including the Presidential Captains-of-Industry roundtable and the Capital Markets 10-Year Master Plan group.

I have launched industry initiatives such as the Capital Markets Leadership Roundtable which consists of the Chairpersons and Chief Executives of the capital markets ecosystem of the country and the KASIB County Government Alternative Financing Program.

As the founder and CEO of FourFront Management division of SIB, I pioneered Kenya's first licensed Robo-Advisor, algorithm-based trading (ALGO-Trading), high-frequency trading (HFT), short selling, and mobile/SMS share trading.

My leadership at SIB has driven operational excellence, HR strategy revamps, and large-scale sales and pricing overhauls. I specialize in Agile project management, business process automation (BPA), and hybrid/remote team management, with a strong focus on innovation and strategic execution.
