His professional experience spans leading global organizations including Tata International Limited, Beiersdorf, and Diageo, where he built strong expertise in P&L leadership, compliance, and commercial strategy across diverse regional markets.
Mr. Ngumbi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from Kenyatta University and a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School. He has also completed executive leadership programmes at London Business School and he is currently undertaking the Senior Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
